Mizuna is a punchy salad green that offers more nutrients and flavour that your standard lettuce leaves. It is super easy to grow and will grow through the Winter outdoors really well.

Sprinkle a few seeds into a prepared garden bed every couple of weeds and you will have a constant supply of salad leaves to pick.
