Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of terms and conditions of trade*

1. As we are a small scale producer your prompt payment within 14days of the invoiced date is greatly appreciated.

2. Non-Payment of an account past 10 days will incur interest at the rate of 2% per day, and you agree to pay all collection costs and expenses which may be incurred recovering any overdue account.

3. Flora Grow has the right to withdraw credit and stop supplies without notice if any terms of trade are not adhered too.

4. Under the terms of the Credit Reporting Privacy Code 2004 and Privacy Act 1993 you authorise any person or company to provide us with such information as we may require in response to our credit enquiries. That you authorise us to furnish to any third party details of the application and any subsequent dealing that you may have with us. The ownership and property of goods will only be transferred to the buyer when the buyer has settled their accounts in full.

5. The Client shall be responsible for all costs (including but not limited to legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis) of and incidental to the enforcement or attempted enforcement of the Seller’s rights under these Terms of Trade.

6. Goods are supplied subject to all conditions, warranties and limitations implied by law provided, however, that the extent of Flora Grow liability thereunder shall be limited to replacement of faulty material only. 

7. Without prejudice to any other provision of these Terms of Trade, the Seller reserves the right to request from the Client a deposit and/or such for the Goods as the Seller may from time to time think desirable to secure all sums due to the Seller and may refuse to supply further Goods until satisfactory security has been provided.  In addition the Seller reserves the right to request payment in full from the Client prior to delivery or provision of the Goods and may refuse to supply the Goods until payment in full has been provided.  Payment in full prior to delivery or provision of the Goods will be required for all new clients.
